In 2025, we’re on a mission to serve 100+ families in Atlanta.
We’re building an expansive network to hold our Atlanta-area community. In order to meet our goal of 100+ families served - we need a bigger team! We’re always looking to add more overnight doulas, RN’s, NCS’s, & alternative providers.
The APPD has been supporting and empowering families since 2020. Located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia, we provide services for clients in Metro ATL & surrounding areas.

Hi! Thank you for your interest in joining our team. I’m a retired Cirque du Soleil Acrobat, NCAA Hall of Fame Athlete & Certified Postpartum Doula, & Level 2 Expansion Principle Practitioner for energy healing. I know a teeny bit about working with a successful team to produce high-level results.
And now, I’m building an exclusive Team for serving families in ATL.
Using my decades plus expertise in recovering, I educate and support families to heal faster after labor, birth, & during postpartum.
Not only do I guide families to optimal wellness, I also provide classes, trainings, and events for doulas and agency owners. All my offerings can be viewed here.

Provide APPD clients a high level of attentive and responsive care.
Prompt communication on a weekly, sometimes daily basis with me and team members.
Autonomous and reliable in scheduling client interviews and client sessions.
Display efficient organizational skills, managing time effectively for multiple clients and appointments.
Commit to continuous professional development, staying informed about the latest research and best practices in postpartum care.
Actively pursuing or already certified in a relevant field.

Understand and connect with the emotional needs of new parents during the postpartum period.
Maintain an open-minded and non-judgmental stance towards diverse parenting styles and family dynamics.

Agency Requirements:
Please note, this is an Independent Contractor position
• Completed a PPD training and obtained certification
• 3+ years experience as a PPD or a closely-related field
• Hold private liability insurance
• Have reliable transportation
• Updated Infant CPR Certification
• Clear Background Check
